These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Main Street Webb website at mainstreetwebb.com and the services we provide. By submitting the Request a Free Preview form, contacting us via SMS, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Main Street Webb is a sole proprietor design service that builds custom websites for small businesses in the United States. We offer:

• A free, no-obligation preview website built from publicly available information about your business
• Paid full-build services and ongoing site updates if you choose to proceed
• Communication via SMS, email, and direct messaging to coordinate your project

2. Eligibility

To submit a request or receive SMS communication from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legitimate small business owner, operator, manager, or authorized representative of a business located in the United States
• Provide accurate information when submitting the form

3. SMS Communication Terms

When you submit the Request a Free Preview form and check the SMS consent box, you expressly authorize Main Street Webb to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provided regarding your preview website, project status, and related follow-up communication.

Message frequency: Varies based on conversation activity. Typically 1–4 messages per week during active project communication.

Costs: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Main Street Webb does not charge for SMS.

Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. You may also email [email protected] to request opt-out.

No third-party sharing: Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Free Preview Terms

The free preview website we build is provided as a courtesy and design demonstration. It carries no purchase obligation. You are under no obligation to proceed with a paid build or to publish the preview anywhere. Main Street Webb retains rights to the unpurchased preview design until a paid agreement is reached.

5. Paid Services

If you choose to proceed with a paid website build or related service, specific terms (price, scope, deliverables, domain ownership, hosting arrangement, revision rights) will be agreed in writing or by SMS before any payment. All paid services are billed once unless a recurring arrangement is explicitly agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All site copy, graphics, designs, logos, and code on mainstreetwebb.com are property of Main Street Webb. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use materials from this site without written permission. Content delivered to paying clients is licensed for that client's exclusive use upon full payment.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, lead, or revenue outcomes from any website we build. We do not guarantee uninterrupted SMS delivery — carrier outages, recipient device issues, and similar factors are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Main Street Webb's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may decline service or terminate communication with any user at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, fraudulent information, or repeated spam complaints. You may terminate SMS communication at any time by replying STOP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
